"I have been with Deb Childs agency since 1994. I stay with her for the outstanding customer service. No matter what the issue is I am treated like I am the only customer in the world, every time. There may be slightly cheaper insurance out there, but when you call those places you'll spend a long time on hold, then get someone who doesn't know you or care about you. That does not happen with Deb Childs. Everyone on her team is just as sharp as Deb, too. It doesn't matter if I am talking to Deb, DeLynn or Jon, I get the same exceptional customer service. In this day and age, that is rare and makes all the difference to me."
